100 Prints Project #47 - A change in perspective

This one was taken with the fisheye optic using a Lensbaby.  I've grown to love the weird perspective and the sun flare in this one.  I'm thinking that letting myself shoot primarily with the Lensbaby for awhile might get me out of my photographic funk and get my passion back for seeing the world differently.

  1. It's like you're looking at a ship through a porthole - love it!

  4. Hi Jane-

Thought I'd already left a comment lol... must have just happened in my head! Ha!

I really like this image for a number of reasons. The desaturation emphasizes the shapes in the frame. The sun flare is lovely. And yes... the seeming 'port hole' effect is perfect for photographing a ship!

I hope you find your way out of your funk :(
